The last few months my butt has become very uneven. I think it's my sitting habit. Nothing has changed but that. I've gotten into the habit of crossing my legs and slowly my butt has become noticably uneven. My left side is significantly smaller. What can I do to even it out?

Make sure when you sit it's on your sit bones and not leaning to certain sides, you can start working out, glutes, lunches, etc perhaps more reps on your left side.0
