I really need some support right now. I have decided to quit dipping and am right now 7 hours away from completing 48 hours with zero nicotine. Day 1 started just fine then ended with high nervous energy and a little irritability. I slept 4 hours that night. Day 2 has been restless rage but I'm hell bent on quitting. I refuse to take sleep meds, nictotine patches/gum, go to chewers anonymous meetings, etc. Besides that any advice? I would be very grateful.
Have you ever tried quitting tobacco?

I constantly kept myself busy, like working out, watch movies, read, listen to music, try new things. It's really hard in the beginning but you'll get the hang of it.0

Just stick with it, after a few days it will become easier. I quit smoking in 2009 the same way, cold turkey.0
