It's really windy right now and I'm on third floor apartment facing south and when the big gusts happen the glass on my sliding door and window are bending in. I'm afraid it's gonna bust and I don't know if like cracking the door would help or what I should do.
Is there anything I can do?

unless you are living in an old house with old windows im sure the glass isn't going to shatter everywhere. modern windows have an acrylic coating to prevent this.
but if you're worried you can put some duct tape in an X shape on the window. it won't stop the window from breaking, but will help reduce shattering.0
You could put plywood in front of the windows buy I wouldn't worry about it unless tge winds top 100km/h0
