Help, can't fall asleep?

I don't know what it is, but every time on a school night I end up panicking and not being able to fall asleep.
Though earlier I had went to bed, I just recently woke up to feeling dizzy and sweaty. No idea what happened there.
Does anybody have any advice on trying to fall back asleep? I need it.
I've tried everything and nothings worked...

  • Keep the room cool. Don't use screens of any kind for 30 min to an hour before bed. Try reading or writing instead. Be aware of what foods you're eating and avoid anything that makes you more awake in the hours before bed.

    Also work on mindfulness. You can find courses online. Meditate. Also exercise. Work on general wellness. You can start tonight if need be.
