she's actually not fat at all in my opinion. she has good curves and her upper half fits her lower half well. i do believe she's wearing leggings in the photo and her legs seem to be really toned in them, which is good. i'd say she's VERY curvy and maybe a little bit more meat then some curvy women, but she's not fat... not at all. she's beautiful.

That being said, there is no such thing as "big boned". The variations from person to person are so tiny, they play no role in how fat one can be.

That's BS, there absolutley IS such thing as big boned. Obviously fat is not the same as bones, but there is quite significant variance in the size of bones. Should go without saying, you wouldn't expect someone who is tall to have the same size of bones than someone who is short

But even for circumference there is a lot of normal variance. And they're quite visible as well. Even given the same amount of bodyfat, Asian people are always almost visibly more petite than white or black people and that's because they're predisposed to be small boned so to say. And then obviously there is variance within each race as well.

Mostly we refer to it as frame size and it's very real. It's commonly measure around your wrist and it's enough to make 1/2 inch difference there alone

While these are different as can be seen by height, shapes and such, if they were all healthy - their bodies would look roughly the same, give or take a few pounds.
