For me the Gym is my therapy, it keeps me from being depressed and preventing myself on being agressive towards people. Knowing people told me religion should be my number one happiness, what they don't realize is religion doesn't make me happy. Why force something into your life when it doesn't make you happy. Everyone has their happiness. So what makes you happy? What is your therapy? What keeps you from being depressed?
