I made the dough and I let it sit for an hour after kneading but when I try to roll it out it just goes stays. It isn't dry or overly sticky... I don't know what to do... Any ideas?

Okay put flour down when you try to spead it.
Watch a youtube video. I snap it like a rope and it stretches.0
i think there is kneading involved to develop the gluten0
