  • There are of course many types of vampires.

    Depending on the kind you speak of, it may harm them, but likely not. As they are undead, a disease is flesh eating in nature, the disease could not survive within a vampire.

    Now if you're talking about a real life vampire, leaches, bats, and so forth the digestive process (as I understand it) takes care of all that. Again with no ill effects to the imbiber.
