How can i say '' They must be killed '' in Spanish? İ don't know how to use passive voices in present. Can someone help?

In *actual* Spanish -- like, the Spanish that real people actually speak -- you wouldn't do this with a passive verb. You'd just write something like "hay que matarles" (for killing people) or "hay que matarlos" (for killing dreams, or bugs, or other non-persons).
If you have a homework assignment that wants you to use a passive verb, then, I guess you'd write something like "se deben matar"... although that's definitely not something a native speaker of Spanish would say (at least not in Mexico or Colombia, anyway).1
