I've had one and I actually had video footage in my old phone. I was maybe a sophomore when I downloaded this app called "Video Star ". I was addicted to making music videos. One day, I was in my room and I was lip syncing to a one direction song (I know 😂 I was a fangirl). when I looked back at my video , I noticed a random white thing on top of my head that had a face and it slowly disappeared in my closet. I freaked out and showed my whole family. they were freaking out but they never did anything about it. My aunt (who was 16) was convinced our apartment was haunted and so did I. We would think we saw someone passing by in the hallway when we were alone.
Another event was when I had sleep paralysis which I don't think that's very paranormal but it felt so real. Really creepy. That's a long story so I'll leave it for another post. Do you guys have any paranormal experiences?

I am convinced I am a victim of life-long abductions by aliens. There is nothing fun or cool about what I have been through. I could write a book about how it has influenced my life since I was a kid.1

When I was a little kid I was in my grandmothers den sleeping on the floor (the house was crowded for a holiday so she put us in there with sleeping bags).
She had this entertainment center with these little black glass doors. As I was falling asleep I could swear I saw a Victorian style man and woman in the glass. I turned around and there was nobody there.
I never told anyone and then years later (completely unrelated) my mom told me she thought the house was haunted because when she was a kid she found a painting in the attic of a scary looking man and woman who were brother and sister and died there. They lived during the early 1900s.
She made her dad throw the painting out before I was born. I never saw or even heard of it til I was an adult.1
