I voted leave it just because I use none of the above methods. Instead I shave it with an electric shaver. This way you don't get ingrown hairs like you would with shaving, plucking and waxing whilst and also it isn't painful. Although laser would probably be the best for a long term solution if you can afford it using the electric razor seems to be the best solution in my opinion.
