How to become an allstar/collegiate cheerleader?

What do I need to do beforehand? What attitude do I need? Workouts, stretches etc

  • Talk to a cheer leading coach.

  • Well you have to be a cheerleader. Like do high-school and college cheer. Stretches and workouts help improve. Toe touch stretches and center split stretches help with jumps. Lunges, leg raises, etc help with splits and needle. Basically any stretch helps with everything.

  • how old are you and have you been doing gymnastics and/or cheerleading up to now?

      I'm 15, and I've done a tiny bit of gymnastics already...

      You're welcome.

      work on your conditioning too. Because practices are long and brutal. So, I advise running and rowing, but take care of your knees, and don't get shin splints. :)
