don't make an account. I literally used it for free for 2yrs for my college classes you only ever have to pay to be shown how to do it.

  • Question 2 :
    1/4 squared = 1/16
    1/6 cubed = 1/216

Negative exponents means get a reciprocal.
That is 1/4 to the power of negative two, = 4/1

1/16 (to the power of negative 1) divided by 1/216 (to the power of negative one)
    =
    16 / 216
    =
    4/54
    =
    2/27

  • Negative exponents, divide 1 by the quantity. Cancel out what you can inside the parentheses. You should have 1 divided by (3y^4)/x^3.

    Now square the quantity.

Second is just like the first, basically.
      1/(1/4)^2
      Divided by
      1/(1/6)^3

      Multiply by reciprocal:

      1/(1/16) * (1/216)

Fuck. This is a pain to do on a phone whole driving.

  • the answer is 42.
