I wake up quite early; around 4am.
The day goes well (morning) but when it comes to evening.. around 5-6pm I get super sleepy.
And it gets in the way of my other works.

why dont you get some rest around 3:pm for 1 or 2 hours then continue your day?

I have the same problem. It is always hard when you find yourself to busy to get a good nights sleep all the time. My best recommendation is coffee. It works great for me. But if you don't like coffee then you could always drink tea or eat a chocolate bar (something with caffeine). Power naps arehardto wake up from and just seem to make me more tired. GOOD LUCK!(:0
