  • Honestly, while I don't make a ton of money, the job is pretty important. I do a lot on any given day. While the people could manage, life would be more difficult for them.

  • I was reading the opinions below. If an engineer is very important, then my job is very very very very (about 500 more very's) important. I'm a urologist and if I had a nickel for how many people survived cancer or can go pee now because of me I'd be earning more then my 6 digit salary.
