Any good songs I can learn on acoustic guitar?

I know quite a few already including "Roulette" by SOAD, "Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zep, "Dust in the Wind" by Kansas, "More than a Feeling" by Boston, etc...

Anyone got some cool classic rock, grunge, alternative rock songs I could learn?

Also, I think as a guitar owner, you are required to know house of the rising sun.

There are a lot you can simply sing over without being a great singer coming into my head... sweet jane... creep, etc. Gotta think otherwise.

There are some REM that would work fine as just acoustic guitar.

Trying to think of Hey Joe works.

  • Tribute - Tenacious D

What you could do actually is take a heavy metal or rock song and transpose it to acoustic, i've seen a lot of people do that with power ballads specially Poison - Alice Cooper

  • Dust In The Wind and More Than A Feeling... I love them!

Why don't you try some other Boston stuff like Peace Of Mind?

    Also try Holiday by Scorpions.
