Is it beginner to bench press 47.5 kilograms and shoulder press 40 kilograms?

I bench press 47.5 kilograms ( A pair of 23.75 kilograms dumbells) and do 9 reps.

I shoulder press 40 kilograms ( A pair of 20 kilograms dumbells) and do 6 reps.

Am I beginner?

I've been lifting weight for about 15 months ago but I worked only biceps and triceps for about 8 months. I started working other muscles about 7 months ago. Am I still a beginner?

  • well yea for sure, it's not even about the weight. Your way of training is way too limited.

      At least I am able to hold the plank position for 8 minutes. Many people don't seem to be able to do that.
