deep breaths, tell yourself positive things, do something to distract yourself.
At school I always get panic attacks and I always scare everyone does that have to do with anxiety or is it Bc I just overthinking?
Overthinking is usually the cause of some anxiety. But most likely you have anxiety if you have panic attacks.
Taking a hot shower, it might not fix your anxiety but there's no purer place to suffer.
