  • Yes and also Choosy too, as to what they want to do, or to just give the work today to an oral surgeon who does it and then the dentist sits back and makes the dentures mainly so he can make big dollars.
    Even Medicaid sucks sometimes.

  • No not at all. The ones that make good money own their own office. My buddies uncle owns his own Dentistry, easily brings home six figures. He does work alot' though, guy can't take a day off apparently.

what about a dentist who owns and runs dental practices, would u think he is rich?

  • I think of rich, probably better off than most average people. But I also think dentists are potential liars that rip you off and tell you to get certain procedures done that they don't need to be performed.

  • I'd think of teeth. If I happen to think about his financial situation for some reason, yes, I'd assume he was pretty well off. I think dentists make more than doctors, but I could be wrong. If a dentist isn't well up into the millions by middle age then something is wrong.

  • At least upper middle class. For example, My parents live in a 10,000 square foot house in an affluent neighborhood. There are 3 dentists on their block.

  • Not rich but distinctly middle class. More upper middle maybe.

do you think a dentist who owns loads of practices would be rich?

    • 1mo

Yes, as that seems like more of an entrepreneur, owning many businesses.

  • I am dentistry student and this isn't true.

okay he is rich but not all dentists have it.

  • Nope, I think of a lot of women flirting with me... That's my normal trip to the dentist... Even my dentist now is an Asian lady who took over my old dentist's practice...

  • I think middle class as it was proven due to the high school costs that a doctor will only start to have a high net worth then a trades person after they turn 45 to 50
