  • Funnily enough, I agree with the kittens videos suggestion. Something you normally find funny, read that kind of stuff.
    Think about something else.
    Go hang out with a friend.
    Just try and forget about what is causing the pain for a minute. I've been there, it can be horrible. I was like hyperventilating at the start and just couldn't stop crying, thought life was over for a bit.
