How many hours of sleep do you need 😴?

Since I started being a Uni student I need 9 hours to be refreshed, and not less... I know that women need more sleep than men but this is over the top in my opinion ๐Ÿ˜ฐ
Specially that I used to sleep 4-6 hours in middle school and HS (to study).

  • 5 to 6 is ideal. I rarely achieve that. I usually get 4 to 5. I find that as I get older, I require less sleep.

  • I typically need 7-9 hours of sleep a night. When I was younger I easily slept 10 hours or 12 hours. I have a thyroid disorder and I think that was part of the issue with needing so much sleep. I would go to bed at 8pm every night and I just felt I was missing so much out of my life.

      well thanks to Darwin we know our species specialize in Adaptation... try sleeping 4 hours a night every night for 3 years (like i did) you'll be used to it ;) thank you my UNIVERSITY to have taught me that
