Is this right or wrong and why?

My brother called me yesterday and asked me if I wanted to go the mall with my sister in law and I said yes so then he said it was tomorrow. When tomorrow arrived it was supposed to be at 10 am she didn't even text me

  • It's rude of someone. You won't know who until you contact your brother to find out what's up.
