  • I've got a friend who does those lazy weight loss things. Anyway, she did one and she had to not eat any food and was only allowed these drinks that the company gave her, she lost crazy amounts of weight in a very short space of time. She didn't do anything but that. No exercise and I think she'll admit she is kinda lazy so doesn't do much.

  • yeah, you can if you eat a really low amount of food or food really low in calories. but i would recommend doing any kind of exercise, at least walking half an hour a day. if you aren't usually active any amount of physical activity with low calorie intake can do work!
