• I'm pretty sure it should be in Box number 3.

• If the car is in box 1, then #1 and #2 are true, and #3 is false.

If the car is in box 2, then #1 and #2 are false, and #3 is true.

If the car is in box 3, then #1 is false, and #2 and #3 are true.

The point is that EXACTLY 1 statement is true... so, the car is in box 2.

How would this be hard? lol
Not to be a bitch or anything, but, this isn't even problem-solving -- it's literally just checking statements to see whether they're true, and counting "trues" and "falses".

If someone finds this hard, then she/he probably has to work out a better system for "self-reminders"... say the statements out loud, point at the box in which you're imagining the car, write down a note or two, etc.
This is just a silly logic problem, but, those kinds of habits will come in EXTREMELY useful in life.

Wait. Was that... look hared, read loud thing was for me?

• @iceEverestere No... hm? I wrote that before you commented, so, if it's specifically aimed at you then I should be out there making serious money with my mind-reading. (: It's the end of my original post.

Although if you *did* find the problem hard (after understanding what the problem is ASKING), then, yes, that advice applies to you, too.
Same habits that go into making to-do lists, etc.
