If the car is in box 1, then #1 and #2 are true, and #3 is false.
If the car is in box 2, then #1 and #2 are false, and #3 is true.
If the car is in box 3, then #1 is false, and #2 and #3 are true.
The point is that EXACTLY 1 statement is true... so, the car is in box 2.
How would this be hard? lol
Not to be a bitch or anything, but, this isn't even problem-solving -- it's literally just checking statements to see whether they're true, and counting "trues" and "falses".
If someone finds this hard, then she/he probably has to work out a better system for "self-reminders"... say the statements out loud, point at the box in which you're imagining the car, write down a note or two, etc.
This is just a silly logic problem, but, those kinds of habits will come in EXTREMELY useful in life.3
