Is there a big city in Europe where the day doesn't end at 5 PM?

Where people are still outside after dark? Preferably a lot of people? I'm in Maastricht right now and there's not a single soul on the streets.

  • Easy question. Athens and Thessaloniki in Greece of course! Cafes are open till 1 am, bars are open till 2.30 am in weekdays and till 6 am in weekends. Plenty of people like to take a walk in the city centre till 12 o'clock
