I had paella then had tea then had an apple and 2 bananas with honey then nescafe
tots trying to eat more lol.
P. S for lunch I had a steak with pasta and all and for breakfast I had a chocolate crepe and cracotte with cheese.
so how much do you eat overall? :p

Depends how active I am. When I'm doing hard labour or working out and such, I'll try and intake more calories to compensate the calories I loose. Also, to build muscle, you have to intake more calories and aminos or you won't increase muscle mass. But if I'm not worried about that sort of stuff, I just eat when I'm hungry and when I feel like it.1

when i eat it, it doesn't seem like that much, when i write it out here... it sounds horrible
