  • Took a 2 (close to 3?) hour nap yesterday. Did about a 4 mile run the night before, after doing strength that morning.

    I say I deserved that nap!

    It's not being lazy, it's "energy saving mode". lmao

      Lol okay. If you have a snoring problem there are some fixes for that. I think those strips that you out on your nose that open up nasal passages while you sleep can help with that too, if needed. They reduce the snoring sound and improve your breathing as well.
