People who abuse animals deserve life in jail AT A MINIMUM. I'd prefer if they got done what happened to the animal, to them. But it'll never happen unfortunately. They always tell you to watch out for signs of a serial killer. Killing defenseless animals is one of them

Something happened with a turtle I heard and I believe there were legal consequences, dont remember the whole story now though. 2 years ago I was in Indiana and we went to some friend of friends place and this cat was laying on the floor paralyzed and crying.. it died a few days later.. the owner walked around it saying "i dont know what to do! I dont know what to do! its my moms cat!" ... so f'd up.
