As you might imagine, it depends on the individual. Some guys might be freaked out. However, I don't think most guys would have an issue with it. Don't forget that guys hurt inside too sometimes, although they may deal with it differently. Personally, I can say that self harm scars would NOT be a major issue for me. But I'd be a uncomfortable with dating someone that is actively engaging in self-harm.
No, self-harm scars are not a turn-off. Seeing them on a girl would make me kind of sad knowing she went through that. If I really cared about a girl (& she was my girlfriend), I would probably kiss her scars to make her feel better. By the way, I'm sorry to hear that you self-harmed. I sure hope you feel better and get through this :). Hope this helped!
I would be upset and curious to find out why she did that to herself. Try to find out something about her past. It can make a big difference in how I would feel about her and our relationship.
