Try taking this anger and use it for something else. Some people scream it out in isolated areas, other people use punching bags even some who takes it out on video games. If it's not too serious, I know some people who use stress relief balls. Everyone has some way to deal with anger.. yours is biting yourself..

THink of having to explain that to someone when they see it... that should help curve your need to do it and work on breathing and deeply as you can through your nose then out as much as you can through your mouth and repeat over and over... it's therapeutic.
You should seek therapy it's very fucked up and there's probably a deeper problem you shouldn't want to have to do drugs or drink or hurt yourself to deal with your issues
I used to do it A LOT when I was little. I stopped doing it though.
