Yes, that is showing way too much for your frame. And no offense but that spells rape dress. It's not the dress itself. But the fact that your not covering that part up with something underneath. I always say if you have to question it, get rid of it.

first one who said the somebody deserves to be raped in the first place? I voice my opinion and I still say that it's that kind of dress because is exposing her upper chest area. that is still too much for her frame. she needs something else to cover that.

the problem has to do with guys lusting. she's a beautiful girl but you don't want something to go wrong because there's something that she could have avoided. it's not appropriate for a bust size.

For me there is a rule: long dress, cleavage. Short dress, closed. I do not see if it's a long dress but cleavage and legs make a slutty impression in my opinion.

My prom dress had about as much cleavage as the black dress. It was fine although I personally didn't like it as much. If you're fine with it then I say go for it.
