I agree, that would scare me a bit. Maybe you can hang out in a nearby cafe or some other common area where you stand a better chance at seeing her again? My fiance and I met casually in a coffee shop a few years ago and we both started going back there all the time hoping to run into one another and eventually we did. I'm sure you'll see her again, but leaving a note on her car could be interpreted the wrong way even though the intentions are good. Good luck with everything!
DON'T leave a note on her car... it can come across as creepy or either you're too scared to actually ask her yourself, confidence is key!

Not creepy that you noticed what car she drives, but I agree with the girls so far, a note would be kind of out there. Your apartment building can't be that massive, I'd hang in there till you run into her again. Maybe you can up your odds a little, can you park next to her? Or what time did you run into her? I'd possibly do it myself but I'd really tip-toe in the note. Nothing vague or weird, just that I like her and maybe write my name and if you'd be interested in meeting in a public place. Set a time and if she doesn't show, it wasn't meant to be it. Probably wouldn't work but I'm a little old-fashioned

I think it depends on what kind of girl she is. In my opinion it's understandable that you know which car is hers. (I do that all the time) but yes some girls would freak.
if use met agen it is ment to be ask her qustions there... if not then fate has spoken and you shouldent force things like love thay just happen
