Yes AGT didn't choose wisely with Nick Cannon as a host. I've been in the broadcast industry for over 30 years. AGT is a nice show for what it's worth. When you have a host with no stage presents, struggles to read the teleprompter, and had has more of a childlike voice. He can't carry the show. That`s why I record it so, I can fast forward when Nick is talking. Now I don't fault him because he jumped on the opportunity, (I would too.. LOL) I fault AGT for not providing him with at professional coach, in fact he should have requested some assistants as part of his contract with AGT... And let`s not forget why people go on AGT. To win A Million Dollars, which sounds great! Nevertheless, always read the fine print that says the Million Dollars is paid out over 40 years at $25,000 dollars per year. Now for example: if we assume the annuity pays a fixed 5 percent interest rate, that would make the one-time payment worth $450,426. Which would be subject to income taxes, so maybe the prize is worth $375,000, about a third of the advertised $1 million... Now for the real deal... Talk about Nick Cannon and opportunity... He`s receives $70,000 dollars per episode. Each season is 25 episodes. Meaning his earning per season is $1,875 Million. Not bad for his own lack of hosting abilities. But my question... Is his money paid out over 40 years? NOT!

Whoever casted him for the show did a horrible job. He is inexperienced onstage, and it shows. He needs to learn structure, language and presentation on camera/stage. I'm annoyed too.
I've never really liked him..he's always trying so hard to be funny!
I don't focus on him I focus on the talent or talentless
