He teases me and we play fight a lot - is it sexual tension?

would this be a strange form of sexual tension? After we do these things I have never had more of an urge to punch him AND kiss him at the same time!

Either he plays "keep away"

- i.e. -

me: hey can I see that?

him: ...evil smile 'nope"

me: "please, you showed everybody else"

"nope," *evil smile* "i don't think you should have it. " that or "make me"

so I try and grab it from him and we start to wrestle until we suddenly stop and I sit back down or he tells me that I should sit back down. (we're both kinda blushing and giggling)

OR

"play fighting" either in person or text

him: "only retards like that."

me: "well only trolls like what YOU like"

him: "at least I'm not a retard."

me: "i'd rather be a retard than a troll."

him: "it's not my fault that you're too retarded to know that trolls are cooler"

me: "at least I don't (inside joke) or eat moldy cheese"

him: "at least I don't eat meat that is made up of buttholes"

- this was one of THE stupidest arguements we have had but the majority are stupid. And we play fight pretty much every time we see each other.

The stupidity? We're not kids! Never in my wildest dreams would I think that we would be behaving like school children. We are both normally VERY shy yet get EXTREMELY goofy with each other!

it seems like this guy has problemes showing feelings weach he hide by games it will take a lot of time till he say something or do , and if you stop talking to him you will forget him and he wouldn't do anything about it the only way that I see if you really like him and he does also...you sould just keep pushing him and if you had too ask him out do it don't care about a thing because these kind of guys are really sweet and have a nice persenalety and the most known are fedal ...so try you not gonna lose anything...

I second that but, also some guys are just playful and don't actually intend to take it further. So even though there's more chance it's the former, it could be the latter.

lol...that didn't help. so basically a maybe yes, maybe no. would it help if I said that he only does this with me? He also teases the living crap out of me which he doesn't do with anyone else either. So frustrating and confused!

Haha, well it seems like he does. If it's only with you, it increases the chances. Anyway, the only way to find out is to find out if he wants to move beyond the playfulness and into something more meaningful. My advice to you would be to try something unusual and more couple-like and slightly more romantic and see how he reacts, like having a night out on the town together, shopping, dinner and movie or something. Maybe be spontaneous and say wanna hang out tonight and go from there.

i asked him out a October 2010 and he said no. I've been petrified since. The stupid thing is that the behavior between us has intensified since then. So that's my fear as you said below, maybe he doesn't want to move beyond the playfulness. What sucks is that it is so INTENSE towards me. If he didn't want anything, why tease me so much? I've observed all this time - he really doesn't do it w anyone else and believe me he has one girl that THROWS herself at him and he's not really like that w he

Well then, I guess it just depends on whether if he's not going to date you, do you still want to do this? or it's a risk but you could start to distance yourself from him and he'll have to make the choice of whether he wants you (as in as a partner) or not... it could go badly though but its an option.

It's funny because this one girl tries to be like that with him. He laughs w her but it isn't as much or as goofy as it is with me! Drives me crazy though!
