So a guy I've been seeing keeps saying this to me, not just when we're together (where he gives me this amazing hug or kiss when he says it), but also over the phone after I say something random. I'm trying to figure him out but this expression is confusing because he'll jump from "OMG, you're so hot" (which I guess is clearly sexual) to this statement, which throws me off a little. How can a girl be "HOT" and "CUTE" at the same time? What does he mean "I just want to eat you up"? That's something I say to my little nieces and nephews (who are under a year old), lol!

Sounds like it's just an endearment. Maybe he doesn't know how to express himself well so he reverts back to saying something you might say to an infant. He might mean it in a sexual way but I doubt it refers to an actual act.

In brief he means it in a sexual way to lick you and tongue you down there. I think you get my meaning:) many guys do nt like to do that to women but many other do it as part of the sexual act of penetration.
