Guys: What is too needy?

I am having trouble of holding on to the guys that I start seeing, I think I might be too needy, not sure. What is a total turnoff for you guys when you are seeing a girl and what to you consider too needy? Is being needy the worst turnoff?

There's no universal level of 'needy'.

Needy often means 'wants more connection then I do'. Much like 'pervert' 'prude' 'boring' etc it says as much about the person saying it as the target.

First of all, if your 'needs' are comping from insecurity then they are likely to annoy a lot of people. Try to deal with that yourself.

But beyond that point, the level of affection and closeness you like is what you like. Try to find a guy who wants that level too.

Personally, I'd like to be physically touching my partner pretty much all the time when we're together, for example.

If you have the time, needy isn't that bad

But if he actually has priorities(Studies, job, etc) it's really off putting because your girlfriend is supposed to be your equal, not someone you have to take care of all day

What I mean by saying that I might be needy is that I want to be in their arms or be next to them when I am with them and be together.

That's not needy at all. For me a girl that's needy will call you when you're out with your friends and be like ''i want to cuddle with you'' and then be mad at you for ages just because you didn't take the 40 minute drive(Yes, has happened)
