Why do some guys talk so close to my face?

I sometimes start talking to males, and our chat starts at the normal 3-4 feet of distance. As we talk we are both smiling, laughing, and chatting. (but not flirting from my perception) Then some guys gradually get their face closer to mine, (like about a foot away from my face) as they are talking. (Once their face is so close to mine I step back, to keep vital distance.) Note: our voice volume is perfectly audible.

(This situation might happen to others with females, but it hasn't happened to me yet.)

When men are attracted to a woman, they tend to want to be nearer to her. Invading her personal space is a way to show her that without really saying it. The same goes for hugs. Usually a guy who isn't too interested will give you a quick hug or a side hug(we've all had these) and a guy who's your friend may give you the full on front ways hug for a few seconds. but take note if the guy who you suspect of liking you in the future gives you the front ways hug that lasts longer than it should. He just may be into you if he's doing things like these, that limit the separation between you and him. Hope that helped some.:)

I have a friend who is like that and I have no idea. Usually when I talk to people I stand at least like 3 feet away from them. This guy will be toe to toe with me. Lean on my shoulder. Then I will try to ease away and they end up getting closer.
