To me it means that the girl isn't up tight and obsessing over keeping up with trivial things in her little circle of peers. She doesn't care what anyone thinks and just does what she does and doesn't care what anyone else thinks. All that matters to her is that she and the people she is close to are happy and getting what they want out of life. A girl who is drama free doesn't try to fill the holes in her life by gossiping and taking pleasure in other peoples downfalls or make a big deal about things that don't matter in an attempt to make some excitement in her life. She just focuses on improving herself and just wants to be happy :)
It means that every important thing in your life isn't revolved around your friends' relationships (or their friends' relationships), that you don't live to gossip, and that you don't walk around LOOKING to find a way to be offended by everything, so that you can start arguments with everyone.
For most guys, that's a HUGE turn-off, yet a lot of girls FEED on drama, whether that's their friends' lives, or the lives of people on TV (reality TV is mostly viewed by women, for example). When a guy finds a girl who isn't like that, it's a breath of fresh air.

It's typical for a woman to be drama-ridden. It's all related on gossip and girls are all about gossiping. If you're one of those girls who doesn't gossip and cause drama, then you're a man's girl. It's a good thing
Avoids making a scene.
