First off quickly about me, I'll be honest I am rather shy/socially awkward. By socially awkward I mean, I feel like I never know how to respond in a conversation without much of a topic and or greetings from someone(this girl) from across the room or campus for no apparent reason. Besides that I have no problem talking to people I know. In addition since freshman year I have played two varsity sports including lacrosse, which is a big deal at our school.
Anyway I feel all that is important because there is a certain girl, who I have class with every other period of the day, including a rather free for all photography class last period. In photography there are 6 girls, 3 of them are in my grade, they are all good friends, two of them are in relationships and the third is this certain girl, and myself. All the girls seem to give me quite a bit of attention, mostly messing with me, aka making me feel awkward and not knowing how to respond. Examples, editing a picture extremely weirdly and asking my opinion knowing I'm going to try to be nice about it even I don't like it, making up stories/ other lies and seeing how I respond, finally saying/ acting sarcastically to mess with me. However it all buds from this one girl, I would say she does 90% of the screwing with me. Don't get me wrong though its all in the spirit of fun, and that's why I can't figure it out. In addition she talks with me in other classes and ends up telling everyone she's my best friend and that she knows everything about me(she does know a lot). I just go along with it but I don't really know if she is a friend, like I think, or more or less an accidental bully. Also earlier in the year she commented to me she likes how I dress and act compared to the other guys in our grade. Final tid bit of info, she seems to appreciate that I've turned sixteen and can drive on my own.
So my question is: Is it possible she really likes me and therefore know a lot about me and gives me a lot of attention, or is she being more or less a bully without me really realizing? My hope and therefore opinion is she likes me, as I would love to have a girlfriend and I think I would make a good boyfriend. So what is your opinion? And what's my next move?

One thing I left out she has told me on several occasions in a friendly manner "I love you" is there any signifigance to that?
