Why don't you ask your brother if he's mentioned you in conversation and is interested in you or not? Assuming you're on good terms with your brother, I'm sure he'd want what is best for all parties involved. Such a term as angel, usually means a woman that is helpful or generous, meaning she can see a man for more than what use he serves her, as she's a selfless individual. It was a complement, but if you want to know more, you should ask your brother.
