I think it's different for everyone. Love is the greatest universal feeling in the world, but it's incredibly complicated, and no two situations of love are alike. I think, if I can give my own example, it's a feeling of being reinvigorated from within. Everything around you seems to make sense when it pertains to love and romance. You no longer see anything else, you just see her. And she is so beautiful.
it means if you fall in love with someone you don't expect to, or someone you never expected to meet.
There's a phrase or saying or whatever you wanna call it that's similar that says "the best relationships are the ones we didn't expect" or something very similar to that, and that's what I think it's saying.
I think once you stop sitting around at home all day but go about your life and be happy as the person you are, chances that you'll meet someone are much bigger :)
