What does it mean when a girl strokes her hair and applies make-up around me?

I was walking towards a bus stop and there was this quiet girl whom I have a class with sitting at the bench. When I sat down she started stroking her hair with her hand and then she started applying make-up although she already had some. We didn't talk though because I was speaking to a friend. I've noticed her make eye contact with me for a short bit when walking out of class and She's always stoking her hair. Is she attracted towards me?

People generally try to "pamper" themselves and make themselves look better when they see someone they like, even if they do it unintentionally. Does she always stroke her hair? Or just around you? Some girls just do it out of habit or sometimes because they're stressed out. Did she only make eye contact with you once, or was it multiple times? If it was multiple times then that could mean something, but if it only happened once then she could have just accidentally made eye contact with you. Also, another reason for her putting on make up at the bust stop, besides her trying to look good in front of you, is that maybe she felt awkward just sitting there while you were talking to someone. Usually when I'm in a situation such as that I'll use my phone, go through my bag for no reason, mess with my hair, and pretty much just try to look busy and not like I'm just sitting there like a loner.

hmm overall myself I tend to like to be presentable in public.

you will never see me out in public unless I have showered, done my hair, make up and color coordinated myself.

I would think that she may like you

I sometimes look at guys cause I'm curious or I might have some interest.

but then again I'm not so quiet and I tend to start a conversation right away if I may be interested.

Yeah girls do this when they like a guy cause they are trying to look their best for him. Now why they do this in front of the guy they like makes absolutely no sense. Cause then it's like oh so she has to have a bunch of makeup on to look that good.

I know right? I thought it was very strange. I mean I get kind of embarrassed when I'm trying to fix my hair in public and then there's these girls who are just putting on make-up in public.
