I just finished my reproductive biology class, so I can tell you what I learned :) Estrogen give you secondary sex characteristics, like breasts, and the curvyness of a woman's body, there are others too, but we didn't learn anything about it changing your eye and lip size and shape, probably because that is related to genetics rather than your hormone levels. A lot of "popular science" articles will report on correlations, which just means that the things are somehow related. A good example of a correlation is that in the summer ice cream sales go up, as well as drownings, but the ice cream doesn't directly cause people to drown. The article you read was probably reporting on an article like this. I'm sure that you and your hormone levels are perfectly fine. Also estrogen doesn't make you more or less fertile by itself, there are a bunch of different hormones and genetic factors that go into the babymaking process and I would spend too much time worrying about your lip shape :)

I always feel like those articles are only meant to make insecure girls feel better. Big eyes can be really unattractive as big lips can be. Also, pouty would imply full, not thin lips that a girl purses to look like a duck face
A woman's estrogen levels are hardly determined by her lip size or eye size. The only things those "represent" are youthfulness(to some extent).
People who like those features try to justify why they're better. It's sort of like guys who like thin women vs more full figured women. The ones who like the no t*ts/no ass appearance say it represents youthfulness and that men are hard drived to like that yet the ones who like chubby women say curves represent fertility and that men are hard drived to like that.
You're normal, don't listen to an article.
Nothing to do with estrogen levels. Those features are the result of genetic mutations in coding genes that aren't X-linked- just like almost all inherited traits. For example, blue eyes are caused by a very specific mutation in the OCA2 gene that results in a slight deficiency in melanin. Amazingly, this mutation only slightly affects melanin and is localized to melanin presence in the eyes.

Women with big eyes don't necessarily have big lips. I know from experience. Your vaginal lip size is genetic although heavy estrogen can play a part not all women with high estrogen have large lips.
I think articles like this are rubbish. I can't see how a woman's estrogen levels are determined by her lip size or eye size. I'd ignore it.
