What does it mean when a girl says she's not wearing makeup?

I met a girl in class, she sat next to me and a few minutes in we talked for the first time and she complimented me on my eyelashes, soon after that she mentions that she isn't wearing makeup?

Its been about 2 weeks since we first talked, we always smile at each other when we make contact (thats a normal thing) but! the other day she moves her chair back and looks for me and smiles.

Maybe she's interested? But I'm wondering what she meant the first time we spoke and she mentioned the eyelashes and then said she isn't wearing makeup. to me that seems like she was nervous because what girl would point out something like that!

Maybe the question here is: ''Do boys like girls with or without makeup?'', I thought she is trying to mention that. What are your thoughts?

edit: something else I noticed, the day she sat next to me the girl who was next to us I could see on the corner of my eye kept looking at me when the girl talked about my eyelashes or her makeup, it was kinda funny.

Hell yeah, she's interested. I wish someone would say that to me, haha! For a girl to compliment a guy on his eyelashes is pretty much equal to saying: "Dude, you're really cute!" That she's not wearing make up means: "Look, I am really THAT beautiful, I am not even wearing make up. (imagine what I would look like with make up!)" - in my opinion. All that looking and moving-closer-to-you in class business only confirms her interest.

On the other hand she is laying it on so thick, that she cold be playing you, like seem interested and then when you hit on her pull back. Use your gut feeling to check on that. But generally, I think you just have to get a good move on her, and she's yours. If you are interested.

Maybe try a casual, "Hey you wanna go out for drinks on the weekend?" and see how she reacts. It could also be an event with others (girls + guys), like going to a game or sth, so you can get to know her a bit better before asking her out on a one-on-one date. Good luck!

Well I firstly don't think the second girl has anything to do with the situation. We have eyes and the have to look somewhere lol. But the girl who was looking for you is probably interested in you. I think her mention of I'm not wearing make-up was just about a comparison of her eyelashes. When you wear mascara it usually elongates the eyelashes, so I would assume she was pointing that out (although I don't know why she'd expect you to understand that). You should make a move, she seems like she's waiting
