If you want to make your girlfriend jealous, then by all means, keep on praising some other girl. If you do so in front of her, you're making her compete. You're making her feel insignificant compared to Lana, and that is something that she does NOT like. No girl wants to be compared to someone else. Then you're almost saying that Lana is hotter than your girlfriend. Praise your girlfriend more than you praise someone that isn't your girlfriend. Even if you think Lana is hot, just keep it inside. You don't need to tell your girlfriend and make her jealous and angry.
