How to become less wide?

I am a female with broad shoulders. I am on a diet as well as exercising. How can I get rid of being wide up top?

Nothing you can do. Losing fat will help, particulary if you're the kind of person that stores a lot of fat on their upper body. Even a bit of fat can make you look overly broad there, so if you can you should try to get down to a very low bf

On the upside you're not alone. A lot of supermodels have relativley broad shoulders. broad doesn't necessarily mean unattractive link additionally to the girls listed there, candice swanepoel also has fairly broad shoulders

Always look at the cup as half full! There's no way to change the shoulders, sorry, so why let it upset you?

I mean, sure you can firm them up with exercise, and make them slimmer. But if they are naturally wide, they'll still be wide.

Broad shoulders are the result of bone structure. That's your natural shape and the only thing you can do is learn to accept it. If you wish, you can add muscle mass to key areas in the lower body to try to balance it out.

it depends if you are broad because you have a lot of extra weight or if it is because of your bone structure.

I know a girl like that who had broad shoulders and lost weight but she still looks wide because that's how her skeleton is...
