Look good but dress appropriately.
Now if you are able to spin all this in some sort of hipster fashion-forward way as opposed to being dressed 'up' just being into style, MAYBE. But you probably wouldn't be asking us if that was the case.
If you want to look good for girls, wear jeans and shirts that fit very well, work out HARD and go after what you want by hitting on girls and not taking rejection to heart.
A tie with jeans? That's a little odd. I'm all for men looking nice but "dressed up" on a daily basis is a little much. I think you can look nice without wearing a dress shirt and tie. Tucked in shirts are fine, polo shirts, plaid shirts, etc. all look nice. Jeans are fine with some nice sneakers or something like that. I'm really only into "dressed up" guys on actual formal or semi-formal occasions but I'm always into guys who put effort into their appearance and sinply look well put together and nice.
That screams "trying too hard." Dressing well is hot, but only when the occasion calls for it.
Just wear tidy, well-fitting clothing with designs that aren't vulgar or tasteless.
Personally, I like it when a guy wears straight jeans, a polo shirt, and clean sneakers (like Vans or Converse or something along those lines). It's simple but still classier than a graphic tee.
Noooo! Please don't do this! We had a guy at my school who used to do this. And noo! Its not normal for school. No offense. Dress shirt (Good, nice one) is great with jeans ..just don't wear it with slacks or dress shoes, and not everyday. School is school, so you should dress up for school.

well the tie is a bit much but the dressy button up with a little bit of a white under shirt peeking through and your sleeves rolled up a bit is great! dress the way you feel best in its your last year have fun! :)
I like your colder-time combination, but a tie is too much I think (at least in high school, in college sure). I think jeans and a nice shirt would look great on everyday basis, if you want to dress up.

Ditch the tie idea, nobody would be into that. I think real sweaters look nicer than sweater vests. The guys at my school get a little dressed up, and it's nice. Chino shorts/ pants are really in right now.
dressing up is hot, but when you're in college/working, not so much in high school. just look cool :)
I personally love it when guys wear like straight-legged khaki pants and a nice colored button-up with the sleeves rolled up but only on occasion and don't over do it with a tie
