Um I mean, I can understand it's a compliment and all but it wouldn't fit me at all.
I'm one of those all knees and elbows, super thin, awkward kind of shy girls. I'm not very confident about much at all so if he called me that I'd be super embarrassed, say something like, "Thanks..." and then go trip over my own two feet.
I would appreciate the compliment and all but I'm far from a goddess. I can't even act sexy. It's all awkward movements and clumsiness whenever we're alone (or at the beach) or basically anywhere that I would be exposed physically, or emotionally.

not as a permanent pet name, it'd be a bit too strong of a word and like the guy was beneath me and worshipped me which would make me feel uncomfortable, maybe in bed sometimes or as a compliment to my body or occasionally when I get dressed up and look like I've really made an effort.
princess, sweetheart, honey and angel are much nicer for every day use, my boyfriend calls me his sweetheart all the time and I think its such a loving thing to say
eh depends... I think it would be a funny pet name, but if they were serious, calling me a goddess or an angel or perfect or something it would make me uncomfortable.
People have a problem of placing people they adore on pedestals and seeing them as this perfect being rather than the flawed human that that they are. I'd much rather be loved for the good and bad of me rather than have my faults overlooked.
I used to call the woman I loved a 'goddess' while earnestly worshiping & treating her like one too, she used to love it. I used to call her many other things too and all because I felt it from my soul
I don't think most girls would like that, they would feel like they're being put on a pedestal of perfection and probably would find that more stressful than you would realize.

I'd love it! (As long as he is sounding sincere and not like he's a play boy)
That being said, I laughed my ass off because of your profile pic because there was a guy I used to talk with who had the same pic and for a second or two I wondered wtf he was doing on this site XDXD Then I remembered the pic isn't him and I facepalmed myself XDUH HELL YEAH . Unless he bowed down to me and sh*t like that . . then I would kind of get freaked out lol. But come on now, what girl wouldn't like to be called a goddess every once in a while...or every day (;
No particular woman is a goddess, lol! Guys think almost every woman is a goddess, but I mean if a guy called me that, I would be a happy camper for sure! haha!
No, too cheesy. I don't really like those grand names like goddess, princess, queen etc. Give me something I can actually live up to.
He does it when we have sex. Like during Valentine's dates or for my birthday or something like that. :) I think it's incredibly sweet, and it sure as hell makes me feel special during it.
No I honestly wouldn't haha. I'm so bad at receiving compliments to begin with. Something over the top like "goddess" would just make me feel so weird.
My first boyfriend told me I looked like a goddess when we went to a dance together.
It was strange to hear but kinda nice.
Not something I'd want a guy to say to me regularly... it's too strong. It's a great compliment to use for special occasions when she's really dressed up. For daily use or as a pet name, it's a bit ostentatious.
it would be pretty flattering. As long as he didn't use it regularly, like as a nickname to be said all the time.
My boyfriend would call me Diosa sometimes. I didn't like it because being referred to any kinda of goddess was a little too high of a name for me.
Oh... My experience is- if a guy goes too far in giving you names, rising you up above... etc... He's a player and a liar...
But sweet names and jokes after a few months of stable relationship are OK.- u
No, because that's generally how dominatrixes want their submissives to refer to them. Same with queen.
Sounds kinda silly to me,but if I beat him at a video game than its OK :)
I call one of my girlfriends Goddess =] We have a kinda dom/sub thing going so it works. I'm her worshiper, hehehe.
I'd be flattered but no cause I'm not perfect so I wouldn't wannabe called that
Nah, it's a little corny . . . He calls me beautiful or love, and I like both of those.
I Guess not .. no I wouldn't like it .. not at all ..
Sure, I would love it! Better you than someone else! ;)

No, sounds silly to me. It's like he's putting me on a pedestal.
No. I don't like being put on a pedestal. I like feeling normal and equal to whoever I'm with.
