Depends! I think Mark Harmon is a BABE, he's like 60 and still hot. I would totally date him haha. He's had salt and pepper hair for probably the last 20 some years and he looked great with it. So aesthetically speaking, it depends on other factors like how fit you are and all that stuff. But of course, more importantly, what kind of person you are ;)
Doesn't matter. As long as your head still has hair on it (and it's somewhat well styled) I don't give a crap about color. Though I do have to say that gray hair makes a bad haircut even worse. But it can also make a good haircut better. Not a turn on for me, though.
At least here in China, the girls love it..I'm about at your level with my hair, and I'm constantly getting compliments.
Back home, though, all the Trump girls and fembots used to sneer at my gray hair, as if I had AIDS or something.
I'm already at about 20% gray at 24, I must have took after my uncle, he was pretty much all gray by 35. Hopefully it won't be too big a deal for women.

I think it's super sexy especially with confidence. Richard Gere, Harrison Ford, Steve Martin are a few of my favorites. At the end of the day it's all in the heart that makes a man close to my heart.

For a guy in his 30's it's fine and can look good. I'm 20 and would be a little turned off by a guy my age with greys. At your age you have nothing to worry about
Anyone younger than 40, I find grey hair a turn off. Sorry.
Embrace it my man, I have some gray hairs and I like them actually. Gives you a seasoned and characteristic look.
