| Well I'm not a guy, but to me he could be either busy like he says or just doesn't have the time to ( to me meaning he don't want to). But it doesn't mean he lost interest in you, if he truly is busy. |

| No mean no, unless she has a boyfriend at the time. I couldn't stand to be ask every week or what not, it would tick me off. I had a guy do this once to me, where he asked me all the time and I just gave in and said yes, and I wasn't happy at all. So just give it awhile and try again. |
